Orders received by 3:30pm may only be delivered next working day where goods are in stock at the time of order processing. This does not apply to the extreme north of Scotland, so please allow two working days.
Standard next day delivery can be completed by up to 5:00pm. Northern Ireland, Republic of ireland and all Channel islands - delivery is normally completed within 3 working days of despatch date.
VAT Registered Businesses with EU and Rest of the world are exempt from UK VAT tax.
RETURN OF GOODS
In the unlikely event of a technical problem with a product that you have purchased from us, it will be most expedient for you to contact the manufacturer direct (see manufacturer contacts) to arrange either an exchange or repair rather than involving us - unless equipment is supplied with TCS warranty.
However if you cannot contact the manufacturer or they are not able or not willing to support the product that you have purchased please call us to report and we may be able to deal with the problem for you. To assist it would be helpful if you have your invoice number and the product serial number in hand at the time of making the call.
Any Returns, Cancellation or Replacements of Goods are subject to our terms and conditions as stated in section 9.
