FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT
TCS provides free basic telephone technical assistance for most of our products. Most of our products (with the exception of software) are supplied, resold and delivered with some kind of manufacturer's standard warranty. All new Printers and Scanners are generally supplied with minimum 12 months parts and labour warranty unless extended or agreed in writing otherwise.
We are unable to support "off-the-shelf" software and those products, which the manufacturer supports directly. Please call or send an email and quote our invoice number and date of purchase to verify. See the "vendor contacts" link on the left side for various contact methods.
If it is necessary following telephone-based advice, we will make further arrangements for repair under the terms of your service agreement.
FOR REPAIR, SERVICE OR RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event of a technical problem with a product that you have purchased from us, it will be most expedient for you to contact the manufacturer direct (see manufacturer contacts) to arrange either an exchange or repair rather than involving us - unless equipment is supplied with TCS warranty.
However if you cannot contact the manufacturer or they are not able or not willing to support the product that you have purchased please call us to report and we may be able to deal with the problem for you. To assist it would be helpful if you have your invoice number and the product serial number in hand at the time of making the call.

For AutoCAD or PDF file drawing plotting, printing, scanning and copying service from A0, A1, A2, A3 size both colour and mono, Large format scanning of plans, printing and engineering drawings up to A0 size or 36 inches can be scanned and saved as in PDF, JPG or TIFF files - contact us for prices.
