We maintain and offer here fixed price service, supply new and used spare parts, offer part exchange and provide full plotter repair service for most and only Designjet Large-Format Printers.

For this item on sale; the Designjet Plotter Repairs and Maintenance Service is for our call-out service and first hour service. Each additional hour is charge extra. We generally offer this specialist plotter repair service generally upon short notice within North East of England.

For Designjet 500, 510, 800, T610, T770, T920, T930, T1500, Z6100, Z6200 and T2500 series of plotters we offer two level of maintenance service contracts, such as;standard and advanced. Please note we also stock large number of used parts for these printers so contact us for latest prices !!!

Please note this routine maintenance service is not covered by standard parts and labour warranty. Our trained engineers can perform this task on-site upon your request which generally include

• Cleaning and Hoovering the Printer from inside,
• Removal of any excessive inks,
• Replacement of Carriage Belts, (Service Station, Spitoon and Vaccum Fan in Advanced Service only).
• Replacing oil and grease to the moving parts where necessary,
• Removing paper dust and ink over spray
• Clean and polish internal mirrors, lenses, and sensors
• Remove any obstructions from print path
• Re-install of latest driver and firmware if necessary
• Re-calibration of printing system if necessary.
• Replacing the print-heads & cleaners, if necessary – charged extra if not supplied.

Please note any anticipated and or quoted costs may vary should your printer requires extra parts in order to function properly  which is subject to your approval.
