Accurately model on-point clouds, present compelling visuals and enjoy simple, efficient interoperability between software.
Efficiently move between SketchUp and other core modelling tools such as Revit to improve collaboration across teams and iterate across design phases.
SketchUp Studio is the simplest way to steer your projects ahead and utilise analysis tools to make your buildings more efficient. The addition of V-Ray is included in this bundle which allows you to use energy analysis tools to check your designs.
SketchUp Studio bundle is the perfect tool order to drive your projects with confidence. You can model your projects with the SketchUp familiar tools plus all the analysis tools required to build efficient buildings.
What are Scan Essentials?
Trimble Scan Essentials for SketchUp is the most complete point cloud solution for modelling from scan data. This plug-in allows you to easily import point clouds, view them, and model directly on the points during model creation via SketchUp’s native toolbox. Whether you import data from terrestrial scans, mobile mapping, photogrammetry, lidar sensors, or drone captures, the Trimble Scan Essentials plug-in makes your job easy and fast. It’s the essential bridge from reality to completed models.
What is V-Ray for SketchUp?
V-Ray for SketchUp is a photorealistic, physically-based rendering solution that helps designers better visualise their models. Additional features include real-time rendering capabilities with V-Ray Vision, Chaos Cosmos for curated, render-ready 3D content, and access to Chaos Cloud.
What is Revit Importer?
The Revit Importer will enable SketchUp users to collaborate more efficiently with project stakeholders who use Revit to create deliverables. The Revit Importer preserves model structures between both tools. Revit families and categories translate to components and tags respectively in SketchUp, ensuring clear communication and smoother collaboration. By moving a Revit model back into the SketchUp 3D environment, designers can quickly iterate and develop details with tools for creativity.
